Mental Health Programs

Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs for the treatment of Anxiety, Depression and Bi-Polar Disorder.

Separate programs for Adults and Teens.

The mental health program provides support for those who are experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression and bi-polar disorder. Groups have an integrative mental health focus combining the benefits of cognitive-behavioral, psycho-dynamic, experiential, energy psychology techniques, nutritional education and expressive arts. Groups are curriculum based and offer step by step guidance on how to reduce symptoms and build personal wellbeing. This program offers an alternative to residential care while providing a higher level of care for those who need something more than weekly sessions with a counselor. The advantage of a Partial Hospitalization (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient program (IOP) is that participants can remain at home, work or in school with limited disruption to their normal schedule. Our team approach provides comprehensive treatment that addresses stabilization, skill development and promotes general improvement in mood, attitude, and vitality.

Each group incorporates education, group process and personal sharing, guided imagery, CBT and DBT skills, body image awareness, and stress management techniques. Additionally participants learn mindfulness practices that improve their interpersonal relationships and family communication. Participants will find the groups supportive and nurturing while experiencing dynamic methods for change, insight, and healing. Our Partial Hospitalization Programs offers 25-30 hours of services each week and the Intensive Outpatient Programs provides 12 hours of services each week. Each phase of treatment is based on a 8-week minimum stay but will vary depending on each clients progress in their treatment process.
